										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Using TANDEM welding technology:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Using Triple power technology from WELDCOM. The machine includes 2 welding torches. Each torch is composed of 3 welding sources, including 2 ASAW1250-AC/DC sources and 1 ASAW1600 II source. The ASAW1600 II source goes first with DC welding mode, while the 2 ASAW1250 sources follow with AC welding mode. This arrangement helps optimize penetration depth and deposition coefficient. With the use of the 1600 source, the machine uses 3 wires of 4.0 mm or 4.8 mm. The wide body of the machine allows for the arrangement of 6 coils of 125kg wire, minimizing downtime for wire replacement.</li>
<li>The machine is equipped with an automatic wire feeding and dispensing system, so that the welding wire is not wasted. In addition, the machine can flexibly operate in Triple, Tandem, or single-wire single-arc mode. The intelligent welding control system is operated through a Vietnamese touch screen and can store welding programs.</li>
<li>The welding torch is controlled by a laser sensor with 2 automatic control axes, Z and X, for adjusting the up-down and left-right positions of the torch. The sensor is used to automatically adjust the position of the torch without using a manual adjustment wheel, ensuring that there are no weld lines and circumference lines during welding. This minimizes the need for manual adjustment of the torch position and the height of the welding wire by the welder.</li>
<li>The laser sensor is easily switched for welding boxes, H-beams, and pipes. The working platform can be lifted or lowered to adjust the welding position according to the size of beams, pipes, and boxes.</li>
