AUTOMATIC WELDING PROGRAM GENERATION

Smarobics allows the import of 3D drawings in over 50 formats, compatible with all popular 3D design software such as Tekla, STEP, and IGES. By directly importing 3D product design files, the solution automatically calculates weld paths, enabling automatic welding program generation and weld parameter insertion directly within the software. The system can detect material thickness, suggest welding parameters, and automatically generate weld paths on complex workpiece surfaces—including gaps and intricate profiles of various types of composite steel beams. Previously, unlike traditional robotic systems that required manual programming, Smarobics performs this process entirely automatically in the design office.

ROBOT SIMULATION FUNCTION

Simulates the real-time operation of the entire robot-based production line. A key feature is its ability to calculate welding time and detect potential collisions, allowing the system to stop in time and prevent damage.

Originally developed as intelligent software for welding robots, Smarobics now includes various modules such as real-time simulation monitoring, task distribution systems for robot stations, and applications for laser cutting, shot blasting, painting, and more. In the future, Smarobics aims to become an operating system for multiple robot types from different manufacturers, equipped with specialized tools for various industries.
