BLC 3000 is a series of CNC cutting machines used for cutting and processing steel plates, utilizing oxy-gas or Plasma methods, commonly employed in the steel structure, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, commercial steel processing, and artistic gate cutting.
The robust steel frame is designed to withstand thermal deformation and can accommodate a Plasma source on the machine frame. It comes with a machine X-axis rail support beam, eliminating the need for customers to invest in beam support, facilitating the machine installation and movement process.
The machine employs either Hybrid Servo or Mitsubishi Servo motors known for their high precision, capable of reaching speeds up to 10,000 mm/minute without load. It utilizes the CCM3 10.4-inch control system integrated with an English interface. Apart from advanced control system features, it also enables the adjustment of suitable cutting speeds.
Using the latest licensed Sigmanest software, it features an automatic material nesting optimization function, iPierce hole piercing, common line cutting, bridge cutting, chain cutting, and surplus material management capabilities.
