GENERAL INTRODUCTION:

GBH4000-S3 is a smart gantry welding machine. It is dedicated to welding steel beam in steel structure factories.

Machine welds the beam in 1F posture, workpieces are stationary and welding gantry move during welding�process.

 

OUTSTANDING FEATURES

• GBH4000-S3 applies 3-wires arc welding technology developed by BRUCO for better welding quality and higher welding speed. When machine welds thin beams, K≤10, the machine uses 2 wires Ø1.6 welding mode. When machine welds thick beams K > 19, the machine automatically switches to 3-wires arc welding mode (wire Ø4.0 go first to creat deep penetration, 2 wires Ø1.6 go after to creat coating).
• Good welding quality and high welding speed. The machine can weld very thin beam (4-5mm).
• The machine is equipped smart welding controller with touch screen, able able to program, manage information, store data, connect Ethernet, report errors …
• The machine is pre-installed with an optimal set of welding parameters to support effectively the operation process and minimize errors when setting parameters by operators.
• GBH4000- S3 hashas a monitoring user function to help evaluate performance. It can be a timekeeping, report the machine condition, actual welding time and time when turn on the machine but not welding

 

In S3 welding mode, the DC-1600 source is responsible for creating penetrations with a welding current of 400-1600A DC, all of which are completed by the DC-1600. In addition, with the advantage of reasonable price and the quality of Weldcom welding machine has been proven in the Vietnamese market.

Additional option with the GBH4000-S3A Smart Welding Machine:

• GBH4000-S3A welding machineis pre-installed with a welding parameter data library, tested and evaluated by experienced welding experts at Bruco on various materials and beam sizes. The welding parameter data library facilitates a more convenient operation process and helps avoid errors during parameter setup.
• GBH4000-S3A welding machine integrates an intelligent welding head with laser-guided pathfinding and utilizes a step motor to automatically adjust the weld bead shape. The installation of the intelligent welding head minimizes the operator’s tasks during welding and increases the welding speed to 1.3-1.5m/min. Additionally, the welding head also includes an automatic flux feeding system to reduce auxiliary operations and prevent errors caused by forgetting operational steps, leading to damage to the weld bead and beam.
• GBH4000-S3A welding machine incorporates a user data monitoring device and is Ethernet-connected to a central computer, enabling the management department to assess work efficiency and labor capabilities for training and skill enhancement. The user data monitoring device also functions as an attendance system for operators, providing reports on machine status, actual welding time, and idle machine time. Furthermore, it helps report the welding parameters used by each operator, aiding in the evaluation of their capabilities for managerial training and skill improvement.
